Our dedicated and experienced team of professionals is here to assist with complete execution to craft the perfect event, whether you are planning a wedding, bar or bat mitzvah, anniversary, birthday or charity event. From food and beverage needs courtesy of the innovative and exquisite menus of our culinary and pastry teams to the assistance of any technical, audio, and visual components required to make your event one-of-a-kind, the Polo Club will take the lead in making your experience unforgettable. You will receive personalized service in building a package based on your needs, budget, and special requests, including menu, décor, florals and more. In addition, the Polo Club is fully equipped to host Glatt Kosher weddings and events through certification from the Orthodox Rabbinical Board of Palm Beach County (ORB). Accepting inquiries in 2026.
The Laurels
The Laurels elegant ballroom features high ceilings adorned with sparkling chandeliers and floor-to-ceiling windows offering breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. A perfect venue for magnificent events. For private dining experiences, exclusive sections of the ballroom can be transformed into specialty restaurants where the talented chefs prepare exquisite dishes that tantalize the taste buds.

if i could give the polo club a 100 stars. would… they were amazing in every way. laura in catering was beyond helpful and professional. i had a vision and she made it happen. the chef sam out did herself. the staff was beyond wonderful. jermaine couldn’t of been any better. everything was perfect we can’t thank them enough. they did 4 days and each day was awesome and perfect. nothing better and can’t say enough good things about them…
